Water-cutting makes it possible to precision-cut most materials and is extremely efficient in prototype work. Moreover it is an economical and environmentally friendly method, both for individual production and large series.

The material is worked on with the help of a water jet (sometimes combined with sand) that has both a cutting and cooling effect. There are many advantages. Partly the surrounding material is not affected, and partly the cut surface need not be worked on afterwards.

OBIK can offer complete sewing solutions for the most varied purposes, thanks to our experienced and skillful seamstresses. As we sew in most materials, such as leather, PVC-coated fabrics, velour and plastic-coated fabrics, we often use partners for embroidered logotypes, pictures and text on sweaters, jackets, caps and bags. Due to this extensive network across Europe we are equipped to take large quantity orders for all of your most demanding needs.

“Sitting environment” is another activity where our competence is in great demand. OBIK has supplied upholstery and loose covers for chairs, sofas, wheelchairs, etc.

Large amounts of pre-cut textiles that fit perfectly? – our advanced robotic machinery is cutting edge technology (pun intended). Our advanced cutting machinery can manage most textiles and can handle more-or-less unlimited lengths with widths up to 180 cm.
